Training packets: better than evah

Really quick — because I have been helping the Awesome, Justin Timberlake, Pocahontas (formerly known as Handsome Boy Modeling School) and Bonafied Gangsta (formerly known as Lurch) move — I spent six hours with Susan today going over the advocate training packets. We parked ourselves at Cafe Ladro on 15th and went through document after document.
Putting together winning claims (specifically ones that are not brand new) is far more complex than I knew, and perhaps we will have advocate training and then advanced advocate training, but I’ve put something solid together here, and this is all going to work out well.
